Delivering your goods to you swiftly and securely is very important to us. The Latin Store offers a comprehensive delivery service through our strong partnership with market leading transport company Australia Post.

We will endeavour to have your items shipped out as soon as possible.

AUSTRALIA WIDE SHIPPING

Free Standard Delivery will apply to all orders over $100 Australia Wide and will be delivered from receipt of your order in 1-3 business days for the Sydney Metro Area and 2-5 business days for all other Australian metro areas. Please allow an additional 1-2 business days for regional areas.

Standard Shipping orders will be delivered in 1-3 business days for Sydney Metro and 2-5 business days for all other Australian metro areas from receipt of your order. Please allow an additional 1-2 business days for regional areas.

Express Shipping orders will be delivered in 1-2 business days from receipt of your order.

*Please note the above shipping recommendations are approximate dates. The Latin Store will not take any responsibilities for order transit delays from Australia Post but please contact us and we will follow up.

Order deliveries will be made between 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday. You will have the option to authorize our delivery services to:

1) Leave your order in a safe place on the premises at the drivers discretion, therefore a business delivery address is preferred if you do not wish this to happen.

2) Not give authority to leave, a card will be left on the premises for you to collect at the nearest post office in your area.

Please note if you choose to have your order sent to a business address, a company name and the recipients name is required, as Australia Post may not deliver your parcel to a company without both names.

Add the company name in the Company Optional field when filling out your details at the checkout. 

Can I collect my order outside of Business Hours?

With thousands of locations across Australia, Australia Post have plenty of alternative delivery addresses for you to choose from.

A  MyPost account gives you easy access to all of them including:

Free 24/7 parcel lockers, send your parcels to a Post Office of your choice or send to a P.O Box.

The Latin Store offers worldwide shipping with 2 different delivery services:

Australia Post International Economy Air

10+ business days (no tracking)

Australia Post International Express

2-4 business days between major metro areas (tracking available)
